Mint Nigori Matsu Mojito

YUJI MATSUMOTO, Master Sake Sommelier and and Drink Department Manager for Kabuki Restaurant Corporation has created an original twist on the classic Mojito and serving it up on Kabuki’s 2010 Summer Fling menu, calling it the Matsu Mojito!

Plum Orange Matsu Mojito

The Matsu Mojito main ingredient?  Sake, of course!  And it comes in two refreshing summer flavors, guaranteed to keep you cool: Plum Orange and Mint Nigori. I enjoyed the Plum Orange with its citrus sweetness and the Mint Nigori’s refreshing, clean taste with my sushi and sashimi.

These drinks are offered for a limited time so I encourage to stop by Kabuki and try them both before they disappear from the menu!
